We only sell fresh local Free Run Chicken from the Fraser Valley. They are treated humanely and given plenty of natural light and room to move freely in the barns. The birds are raised on a wheat-based diet and are hormone and antibiotic-free. The combination of a stress-free environment and a natural diet gives our local chicken a rich full flavoured taste unlike the mass-produced poultry sold in supermarkets.
